A completely demountable model allowing rapid assembly of the box. The mechanism allows easy access, with two simple movements, to a storage box in which to place cushions and blankets, and to make the bed in the most comfortable position. The extremely simple closing mechanism with the mattress in the horizontal position avoids the need to subsequently re-make the bed.
